Candidate list for Skeena-Bulkley Valley in the 2025 federal election determined

The federal election is three weeks away and we now know all of the candidates who will be running in the Skeena-Bulkley Valley riding.

General voting day is set for Monday, April 28th.

Taylor Bachrach – NDP (incumbent)

Bachrach took office during the 2019 federal election and is seeking his third term.

Prior to entering federal politics, he served as mayor of Smithers.

Ellis Ross – Conservative Party of Canada

Ross is entering the federal election with previous experience in politics.

He started as a Haisla Nation councillor from 2003-2011 before joining provincial politics in 2017.

Taylor is head of both the CHP both federally and provincially.

Inderpal Dhillon – Liberal Party of Canada

Dhillon currently serves as a city councillor in Terrace.

He is also a business owner.

 

Adeana Young – Green Party of Canada (No photo available)

Young also ran for the green party in 2021 and starred in the film Edge of the Knife.

She’s also previously been councillor for Old Massett Village Council, and a School District 50 trustee.
