The Hazelton Wolverines came up short in the first game of the second round in the Central Interior Hockey League playoffs.
They lost 5-2 Saturday against the Terrace River Kings in Hazelton.
Game two in the best-of-3 series will be played in Terrace this Saturday with game three if needed on Sunday.
